• Process - establish best-practice policies and procedures that promote an efficiently run organization and successful turnover of officers and committee chairs
• Chapter Relations - mediate communications, activities, and issues between The Chapter, The Alumni, and Nationals
• Fundraising - plan and execute fund-raising activities for special events, scholarships, and philanthropies
• Housing & Capital Improvements - plan and execute capital improvements to the properties on Progress and Wilson. Work with the Chapter to make The House a better place in which to live.
• Social Committee - plan and execute social events
